Being a women-owned business we strive to utilize minority-owned vendors wherever we can. There are so many great companies who hustle everyday, striving to get their name out there. It is our mission to give opportunity where we can. Similarly, we believe supporting local and small businesses is mutually beneficial in the events industry.

We have been blessed to do what we love everyday, and we believe blessings are meant to be shared. Throughout each year, we keep it a priority to donate our time, services, and a portion of profits to making our community a better place. We work closely with the Ronald McDonald House of Central Iowa and Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa.

Growing up, our parents instilled in us the importance of integrity in business. Doing things the right way is in our foundation. This also drives us to push for greater transparency in the events industry. We do not sneak in hidden fees on our different services and we ensure invoicing is transparent and detailed.

Each day is a new opportunity to bring joy to others. Seeing the beaming looks (or tears) on our clients and guests faces when they walk into an event, is a driving force for why we love event planning. Facilitating joy and uplifting interactions is important within our company and vendor relations, as well. 

There will always be something new to learn in any industry. Our education doesn't end at our degrees, every year we take workshops or event/design courses to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and industry changes. We will never stop pursuing personal and professional growth.

In the events world, not everything is going to go as planned. In these situations, our team's calm confidence brings a strength that other vendors and clients lean on. We pride ourselves on problem solving, and the resulting ingenuity. Adaption with positivity and flexibility has given us great success.
